So thankful for SameDayTechPros - I have been having an issue with my camera, so much so that the manufacturer wanted me to ship my laptop back (which I could not do). The tech was able to come out within a few hours and had the computer fixed and good as new within 45 mins. Blue screen problem. I called SameDay pros I spoke to Dan told him problem he gave me base pricing. We set appointment (I like the fact he text me that day to confirm time and text me the day of service his ETA) He fully explained price I agreed. He completed repairs helped me setup computer and printer gave me advice on how to secure things in the future. Would I recommend there services YES will I use them again Heck Yes Thanks Dan You’re very personable we don’t get this kind of attention from all companies. Two thumbs up
